Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Returns We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  2. Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Custom-designed or personalised items
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
  4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  5. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
